Quick start process

  1. Use a computer device that supports USB Type-A.
  2. Make sure your system supports FIDO2. It should be Windows, macOS, iOS or Android.
  3. Select the browser that supports FIDO2. It should be Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari.
  4. Open the service website that supports FIDO2 and go to [Add a security key]. 
  5. Plug AuthTron® into the computer
  6. Enter the PIN code. If no PIN code is set, the system will guide you to set a 4–12-digit PIN code
  7. You will be asked to touch the security key. Please touch any part of the aluminum shell of the security key with your fingertip to complete the authentication

*If Touch Pattern is set, the light will flash for five consecutive cycles in the order of red→green→blue. Please complete the verification according to the set value in this cycle.

*If the user does not act after the system asks to touch the security key, a timeout error may occur. In this case, please re-authenticate yourself.

*If your security key does not work properly or does not respond, it may be that the USB has been powered off or has entered a standby state, and it will be restored to the normal state by re-plugging it.
